Five Ways to Register

Simply find your conference by selecting the appropriate sector and selecting the "register now" button. This option requires entry of a credit card payment.

2. E-mail
E-mail your conference details directly to our Customer Service team, and a representative will contact you within one business day.

3. Telephone
Call to speak directly to our Customer Service team, 1-877-927-7936 -or- 416 927-7936.

4. Fax
Fax the completed registration form (from the back of the brochure) to 1-877-927-1563 -or- 416-927-1563. If you don't have a copy of the brochure, you can download a PDF from our Web site.

5. Mail
Complete and return the registration form from the hard copy of the brochure or the PDF(available online) to:
